Accept the Public Safety Quarantine Policy in accordance with Chapter 180.008 of the Local Government Code regarding paid quarantine leave for Public Safety personnel. 5. Accept the Mental Health Leave Policy in accordance with Chapter 614, Subchapter A-1 of the Local Government Code regarding mental health leave for Peace Officers. 6. Consider an ordinance ordering a Bond Election to be held on November 2, 2021 for various street and road projects, and a municipal animal shelter. 4. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Vector Concepts, Inc. in an amount not to exceed one hundred sixteen thousand, five hundred and twenty-eight dollars and zero cents ($116,528.00) to purchase and install damaged flooring at City Hall and the Sachse Public Library.
